Duct Cleaning includes:

1. High powered hepa vacuum source removal.
2. High pressure compressed air duct surface scouring. (When applicable)
3. Remove, clean, and re-install all grills.
4. Clean furnace blower when needed.
5. Fog system with disinfectant deodorizer.
6. Power brush ducting when applicable.(not available on wire flex ducting)
7. Clean evaporator coil when accessible

Duct Sealing includes:

1. Before and after duct system pressure test.
2. Sealing air leaks at the furnace/coil/plenums.
3. Seal supply and return ducts to a maximum of 10% leakage.
4. Seal all distribution box's to adjacent surface.
5. Insulate any uncovered areas. (Assume that duct is already insulated for the most part)
