After contacting Fairview to help us with a previous company complaint, Robert responded promptly and solved our problem to our satisfaction.
One expensive A/C capacitor
Wendy C. - Brentwood, CA
We had our A/C serviced back in June. Based on our experience, we feel that the company charges wayyyyy too much for replacement part. A US-made dual-run A/C capacitor usually can cost up to $40 bucks but yet they had charged us 10X more. We will definitely consider other HVAC shops for future A/C service.

Daniel - Brentwood, CA
I was able to have someone come out a day early since they had an opening in their schedule. Robert showed up and was friendly and personable. My issue turned out to be a simple one, but Robert still did the due diligence to double check everything and answer a couple questions I had. Will definitely use them again!

the service was great, clean and efficient. parts where charged at a very very very inflated price and I'm hoping they will correct that pricing. but in fairness to them I did agree to the price for a total before I began checking parts pricing
